1) Is your logo design work guaranteed? For the Elite, Proficient, Webnet packages we revise your logo design until you are 100% satisfied. For the Onset package, you have 4 alterations that can be made to your logo design samples. 2) How many designs will I have to choose from? With respect to the package selected, there can be either 15 samples (Onset Package) or 24 samples (Proficient, Elite Package, Webnet Package) provided to you. 3) Is it safe to order from your site? Yes. When ordering you will notice a padlock in your browser's status bar (bottom right), this indicates our web site uses encryption technology (SSL) to protect your data. This page has been secured for the purpose of this question. The package and order pages are secured as well. 4) Are there any fees for revisions made to the initial logo designs? For the Proficient, Elite, Webnet Package there are no additional fees for revisions. We work until your are 100% satisfied. For the Onset Package, the first 4 revisions are free. After the 4th revision, there is a $39.00 charge for each revision; no revision will be made without the consent of the client. 5) I'm not sure what kind of logo I should have? Many of our clients do not know what they exactly want or need. Provide us with as much information as possible, and we will do the rest. With every package we provide, there are enough samples Or, you can tell us "to go for it" and we're happy to do that, too. back to top 6) How will you deliver my new logo? The digital files will be sent to you via email. You can also request a hardcopy of your files. For $39.00, you will be sent a CD ROM of your digital files. The Elite and Webnet Package include a hardcopy of your files. back to top 7) Why are other logo designs offered less expensive? Some logo design companies use recycled or clip art designs. If we receive a request to cancel an order some fees may apply. Check our terms and conditions. back to top 9) Do I own the copyright of my logo? Yes. You have all the rights of the final logo design you select. No Royalties will be requested. back to top 10) When do you start working on my logo design? All work commences when full amount is paid. back to top 11) How long does it take before I can see my logo samples? With respect to the package you selected, the turnaround time for your logo designs may be 3 to 4 business days. back to top 12) Do you do illustrations?
