| 1. Is your logo design work guaranteed? |
For the Elite and Proficient Logo Design Packages we refine your logo design until you are 100% satisfied. For the Onset Logo Design Package, you have 4 alterations that can be made to your design samples.

| 2. How many designs will I have to choose from? |
| With respect to the logo design package selected, there can be either:

3. Is it safe to order logos from your site? |
Absolutely.
When ordering your logo design from our secure Online
Order Form, you will notice a yellow padlock at the bottom right of your browser. This symbol ensures our website and order form uses
128-bit encryption technology (SSL) to protect your data throughout the transaction process.

| 4. Are there any fees for revisions made to the initial logo designs? |
For the Proficient and Elite Logo Design Packages, there are no additional
fees for logo revisions.
We refine your logo until your are 100% satisfied. For the Onset Logo Design Package, the first four (4) revisions are free.
After the fourth revision, there is a $39.00 charge for each revision; no revision will be made without the consent of the client.

| 5. I'm not sure what kind of logo I should have. |
Many of our clients do not know what they exactly want or need.
Provide us with as much information as possible, and we will do the rest. With every logo design package, we provide enough samples to
help you come to a final decision. Or, you can tell us "to go for it" and we're happy to do that, too.

| 6. How will you deliver my new logo? |
The digital files for your new logo will be sent to you via email. You can also
request a hardcopy of your files. For $39.00, you will be sent a CD-ROM of your digital files. The Elite
Logo Design Package includes a hardcopy of your files.

| 7. Why do other design firms offer logos for less expensive? |
Some logo design companies use recycled or clip-art to design their logos. At
Capital Logo Design, our logo designers always use original artwork to create a unique
and inspiring logo for every one of our clients.

8. What happens if I need to cancel an order you've already started on? |
If we receive your request to cancel prior to the completion of your initial logo designs,
we will
refund your order. For complete details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.

| 9. Do I own the copyright of my logo? |
Yes. You have all the rights of the final logo design you select.
No royalties will be requested by Capital Logo Design.

10. When do you start working on my logo design? |
All work commences when full amount is paid.

11. How long does it take before I can see my logo samples? |
With respect to the Logo Design Package you selected, the turnaround time for your logo
designs may be 3 to 4 business days.

13. Can you redo my existing logo? |
Yes, Simply provide us with the latest version of your logo and mention it on your
Logo Design Order Form.
