Payment
All prices listed on CapitalLogoDesign.com are in US Dollars. All work must be paid in advance prior to any design work commencing. Clients purchasing Capital Logo Design’s Service must pay for the Service online via credit card or offline via telephone, certified check or money order. Client’s will be charged for the Package(s) selected. If you pay by credit card, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number and your credit card billing address when you register as a Client. Capital Logo Design will email the client a receipt for the transactions in which Client is involved.

Ownership
All final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. Capital Logo Design retains the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and advertising materials.

Client Security
Capital Logo Design will take appropriate steps to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of the information you provide us. Whenever you give Capital Logo Design sensitive information, Capital Logo Design will take reasonable steps to establish a secure connection with your web browser. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing. When you register as a Client, you will receive a username and password in order to view the logo design samples. You shall keep your username and password confidential and shall use solely in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer
The Client unconditionally guarantees that any element of text furnished to Capital Logo Design for inclusion in the design samples do not infringe on any copyright or trademarks that have been already established by another organization. The Client will hold harmless, protect, and defend Capital Logo Design and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the Client.
Capital Logo Design guarantees the Logo Designs provided to Clients are uniquely created by Capital Logo Design. By purchasing the services of Capital Logo Design, the Client understands the Logo Design provided may resemble a copyright image. Should a case as this arise, Capital Logo Design will re-design the Logo.

Project Duration
Client agrees to provide timely responses to Capital Logo Design after notification of sample completion. Client shall have 30 days to respond to each set logo design samples submitted to the Client for review. If after 30 days the Client has failed to respond, Capital Logo Design will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete. Capital Logo Design will have no further obligation to Client, and Client shall pay Capital Logo Design all fees and expenses associated with work performed by Capital Logo Design.

Revision
For the Onset Package, Capital Logo Design will charge $40 after the 4th revision. No revision work, which requires payment, will be started without authorization from Client.

Refund Policy
A full refund less an administration charge of $50 will be made if the Client does not wish to proceed with the logo design before the initial design samples are created.

The refund policy will also not take into affect if:
1 ) The reason does not relate to our design.
2 ) You do not provide any feedback within 1 month.
3 ) You have obtained logo design from a 3rd party.

Slogans, Flash Design, Express Orders, Web Site Designs are non-refundable.

Eligibility Requirements
By registering as a Client, you represent and warrant that the information you include as part of the registration process is complete and accurate and, if you are registering on behalf of an entity, that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions. Capital Logo Design may accept or reject your registration in its sole discretion.

Termination
Capital Logo Design reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate Client’s access to all or a portion of the Service, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, Capital Logo Design will work with Client to determine the amount of any refund (if any) to be paid to Client as a result of such termination. Should Client’s use of the Service result from Client’s material breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Client shall not be entitled to any refund, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Operation of Web Site
Capital Logo Design shall not be responsible for any delays, interruptions, errors, omissions the may occur on the Web Site. Capital Logo Design reserves the right, but shall not be required, to correct any delays, interruptions, errors or omissions. Various circumstances may prevent or delay availability of the Web Site, therefore, Capital Logo Design makes no representation, warranty or covenant that the Web Site or Service will be available at all times or at any time. Capital Logo Design shall not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may result.

The right to download and store or output the materials in our site(s) is granted for the user's personal use only, and materials may not be reproduced in any edited form for commercial purposes.
